Here Today Gone Tomorrow
Lastest collaboration with Gabriel Portillo for “HERE TODAY, GONE TOMORROW” An artist-run collaborative visual journey that speculates the cycle of beauty, destruction, and rebirth. This interactive art exhibit features 35+ creative visionaries of diverse disciplines.
This was the first time me and Paste (Gabriel) have worked together on a painting and I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. I was able to ingrate more of my abstract collage studies into a large mural format. With large geometric shapes and stripe that was formed by a wood cutout I deeply feel like this wont be the last collaboration for us

Printing with Lichtenstein
Trip to Jersey city to print and work alongside Gary Lichtenstein. I feel like the knowledge i’ve gained from this trip will forever be embedded in my creative process. A really nice bonus was being able to meet one of the greats Ron English in the process.

2 years
2 years of being a full time artist. Wish I could say it got easier but with covid I felt like I had to relearn so much. Not only did I have to continue to be inspired to create but I had to deal with so many life challenges. So many ups mixed with so many downs it came down to a day to day basis of emotions. Huge thank you to anyone that had provided me with an opportunity in 2020. Thank you to everyone who’s supported me in anyway. whether it be by tagging, liking, commenting, dms, word of mouth, purchasing an original, print or sticker, any ounce of support meant so much to me in 2020.

HOPE FOR HEALTH
“HOPE”
Thankful to have been one of the artist selected to paint on 6th street just hours before Austin was preparing for the shelter-in-place orders. The mission was to paint on the boarded up bars and bring some color to a dark time. Beautifying a scene that was initially hard to digest and spread the message of togetherness when most of us are forced to be apart. Please click the link in my bio for more ways to get involved or show your support for our creative community and their businesses.
huge thank you to all the local bar owners involved in the project as well as Erik Fink (@discoerik), CK Chin (@seekaychin) Zuzu (@zuzubee), Miles Starkey (@starkeymiles), David Russell @daaru_art), Liz Whitington (@lizwhitington13), and HOPE founder Andi Scull (@andiscull) for bringing this idea to life
“These Walls Bring Us Together “ - The HOPE Campaign (@hopecampaign) is excited to share the announcement for the new HOPE for Health campaign aimed to build financial & wellness support for our creative community and their businesses during the COVID-19 crisis. HOPE has been and will continue to commission local artists to paint positive messages around the city. These murals are a part of a beautification initiative to support team building and positive public community art.
